My family, like many, have been watching the Olympics while also trying to explain to our daughters what is going on. Both of them are sort of excited but also have their own thoughts on the topic.
We were watching swimming and my youngest daughter, said "I want to do that, but I'd have to use my elephant floaty."
Then my oldest daughter asked what sports are in the Olympics, and so we were trying to list just some of the sports, and she said "what about the sack race or three legged race?" When we told her that no those were not in the Olympics she wanted to know why, and really we didn't have an answer, but how great would that be to watch? Maybe a little leap frog too?
